Some notes

The following are some notes for an idea that I was thinking about on the way to work early this morning. For some reason an idea came into my head about writing a small story based on a NPC in a campaign that I ran a while back. It was a supers campaign using Aberrant rules created by White Wolf Studios. This short story is basically the telling of how she learned about her powers and her viewpoint about the world that exists where supers are starting to be common place.
